What are the cancellation policies:

In the circumstances, If the customer has booked a service on the website/app and made a payment via online gateway for the service, My Geniee shall be sending a message regarding the concern of your cancellation of the service and acknowledging such payment on your registered mobile number.

In the circumstances, If the customer cancels the appointment, once the payment for the service is done, the customer shall receive the following options for refund i.e.
  • Refund of the entire amount paid, in to the designated bank account of the customer. This may take up to 15 working days depending on the receivers source account.
  • Cashback of the entire amount paid into the My Geniee wallet.
  • To avail the refund, the customer is required to cancel the service 4 hours prior, otherwise cancellation charges will be applied.
  • The amount refunded shall remain in the customer's wallet and may be redeemed by the customer on their next purchase.
